2. Services Provided

Berline provides users with access to crowd-sourced information about queue lengths and waiting times at Berlin clubs, as well as event and artist listings. Additional features may be introduced or removed at any time. The app is currently offered free of charge.

3. Accounts and Guest Use

The app may be used without registering an account. Certain features may require user registration. Users are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering.

4. User Contributions

Users may contribute queue updates and other information. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of their contributions. Content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate is prohibited. The operator reserves the right to remove content or restrict access at their discretion.

5. Accuracy of Information

All data displayed in Berline is user-generated and provided "as is." The operator makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information (including queue lengths, waiting times, event details, or artist information).

6. Limitation of Liability

Use of the app is at the user's own risk. The operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or reliance on its information, including but not limited to missed events, denied entry to venues, travel costs, or loss of time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not: use the app to distribute unlawful, offensive, or harmful content, engage in spamming, scraping, or automated data collection, attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the app.

8. Age Restriction

Use of the app is permitted only for individuals aged 16 years or older.

9. Termination of Use

The operator may suspend or permanently block access to the app at any time in case of violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
